Had Brian do an inspection on a house after reading it was better to hire your own inspector rather than the one your realtor recommends and he was fantastic. He arrived early and explained everything to me as I walked around with him and he answered my questions big and small. He let me know what were minor things I could do on my own and how I could do it, and what were things I should push the seller to take car of. I felt comfortable during negotiations to push on what he suggested I push on, and fell very educated on the house itself. Would recommend him in a heartbeat to anyone looking for a reputable inspector for a first time homebuyer.
